The Slovenian-Israeli dance duo by Domen Šega and Maya Levy is a closing production of the Balkan network and mobile study programme Nomad Dance Academy, which has spent the past three years travelling the South and West Balkans from February to June, when the students presented the results of their studies in Ljubljana. In 2010, Domen Šega, Slovenian dancer and landscape architect, and Maya Levy, Israeli dancer and choreographer, also attended the programme of studies.
Watch Me Love; Is It Enough? is their dramatic dance duo, using the protocoles of diverse social games played by two people to produce story fragments on falling in love, its obsessions, power play and (dis)trust. The miniature dance duo, full of dramatic suspense, humour and meaningful movement action, seems exceptional due to its rare expressionist urgency which provides charm and speaks from where its truth originates.
